28th

I’m an hour into my 28th year

This blog is more for myself that
I may remember who I am years from now
That I may remember how I’ve lived
And If I lived life as God intended
Or did I lived as dictated by society or by circumstances

I used to think that my 25th year was the best
Now, I believe, the best is yet to come
It may be today or tomorrow
I would just need to greet it with a smile

Despite being a good person
The world does not have any obligation to me
It will not spare me from hurt or disappointment
But as human beings, we still choose to live and love

So, on this day forth
Yes, I choose to live life
No regrets
No apprehensions
Only filled with hope and contentment

The best is yet to come
